    Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional looking for an exciting new opportunity? A reputable company in Painesville, Ohio, is seeking a talented Administrative Assistant to join their team through a direct-hire role. This is an in-office position, offering consistent hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00 PM.

     

    What You’ll Do: As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting daily operations and ensuring the office runs smoothly. Key responsibilities include:

     

    + Coordinating office activities and maintaining an organized workflow

    + Managing invoices and maintaining accurate file systems

    + Editing documents and ensuring attention to detail

    + Answering phones and addressing customer inquiries

    + Performing other administrative duties as assigned

    + Strong interpersonal and communication skills to ensure collaboration and attention to client needs

    + Exceptional organizational skills, completing tasks efficiently and effectively

    • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members.

    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

    • Experience in office management functions is a plus.

    • Keen attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
