Description

We are looking for a skilled Procure to Pay Analyst to join our client's team in Irving, Texas. In this role, you will focus on providing timely and accurate reporting, managing key accounts, and ensuring compliance with internal controls. You will collaborate with stakeholders to analyze data, improve processes, and support various projects within the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) group.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare periodic reports for key accounts and team performance metrics within the Accounts Payable function.

• Handle month-end accrual processes and ensure accuracy for the Accounts Payable team.

• Investigate and resolve aged items in control accounts, including Trade A/P and GR/IR.

• Conduct reconciliations to maintain compliance with internal controls.

• Review and make informed decisions on vendor master data requests as needed.

• Support annual 1099 reporting and semi-annual unclaimed property filings.

• Process reallocations for centrally-billed goods and services across the organization.

• Assist with travel and expense system data management and reporting.

• Act as a subject matter expert for handling large data sets and journal entries.

• Participate in special projects and provide backup support for credit card administration and bank account functions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable or related functions (with degree, 10+ years without degree).

• Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable processes and reconciliation techniques.

• Proficiency in Excel, with familiarity in Access and other Office tools.

• Experience with SAP or similar systems for data extraction and reporting.

• Familiarity with Concur T& E and Purchasing Card programs.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent work experience.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with various stakeholders.
