    Description

    We are seeking a skilled and motivated Systems Engineer to support, design, and maintain enterprise infrastructure with a focus on Cisco networking, Citrix virtualization, cloud platforms, and Dell EMC storage and compute solutions. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring system stability, scalability, and security across a hybrid environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Design, implement, and support network and system infrastructure leveraging Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless technologies.

    + Deploy and maintain Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (formerly XenApp/XenDesktop) environments.

    + Manage, monitor, and optimize infrastructure in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

    + Administer and support Dell EMC storage arrays, servers, and backup systems.

    + Perform system upgrades, patching, and troubleshooting across enterprise environments.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement infrastructure solutions aligned with business needs.

    + Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.

    + Ensure security best practices are followed and compliance requirements are met.

    + Maintain documentation related to architecture, configurations, processes, and procedures.

    Requirements

    Required Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent experience.

    + 3+ years of experience in systems engineering or infrastructure roles.

    + Hands-on experience with Cisco networking technologies (CCNA/CCNP preferred).

    + Strong experience with Citrix technologies including Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops and Citrix ADC.

    + Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

    + Proficient in Dell EMC technologies, including Unity, VxRail, or Data Domain.

    + Familiarity with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), scripting (PowerShell/Python), and monitoring tools.
