    Mechanical Assembler

     

    Adecco is now hiring for a manufacturing company for a Mechanical Assembler position in Burbank, California. As a Mechanical Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling, fabricating, and testing mechanical parts using a variety of tools and equipment according to required specifications. This is a temp to hire position for the right candidate.

    Responsibilities:

    + Read, interpret and follow blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, bills of materials, and other written instructions or procedures to accurately assemble equipment(s) and products.

    + Utilize manual tools and pneumatic tools.

    + Maintain inventory of product in work stations.

    + Perform quality work checks to insure the product meets quality standards.

    + Identify product defects and complete appropriate documentation when defects are identified.

    + Rework and/or repair assembled equipment and products according to engineering specification changes.

    + Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures.

    + Maintain cleanliness (5S) of work area daily

    Requirements:

    + High School Diploma or equivalent

    + 3-5 years Assembly experience in an Aerospace or Equivalent Manufacturing environment.

    + Ability to read schematics and blueprints.

    + Be able to use various power (Pneumatic) hand tools (i.e.; power screwdriver, socket etc.)

    + Strong communication and computer skills.

    + Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds

    Shifts Available:

    Shifts are available from **Monday – Friday, 6:00 am – 2:30 pm** with some overtime

    **Pay Details:** $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
