    **Adecco** is partnering with a premier manufacturer of concrete accessories in **Sumner, WA** , to hire a **Machine Operator** for a unique, non-CNC (analog) machine used in the production of concrete snap ties.     What You’ll Be Doing:

    + Operate and maintain a specialized analog machine (non-computerized) to manufacture concrete snap ties

    + Load raw materials such as steel rods and wire coils into the machine

    + Monitor production and inspect parts for quality and accuracy

    + Adjust machine settings and troubleshoot issues as needed

    + Use precision tools to ensure parts meet exact specifications

    + Perform routine maintenance on mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems

    + Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

    What You Bring to the Team:

    + Previous experience as a machine operator, especially in **metal fabrication**

    + Strong knowledge of **mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems**

    + Skilled in using hand tools and reading technical manuals or blueprints

    + Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving

    + Physical ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods

    + A collaborative, team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills

    Shift & Pay:

    + Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM | **$26.00/hr.**

    **Pay Details:** $26.00 per hour
