Join our team at Always Best Care Senior Services & provide compassionate care to seniors in their homes. We are seeking Direct Care Workers to fill part-time positions with flexible, short shifts of 2-3 hours throughout the city of Philadelphia. Responsibilities: * Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, light housekeeping, and personal care (as needed) * Ensure the safety and well-being of clients * Provide companionship and support to seniors Qualifications: * At least one (1) year of experience working with seniors in a home setting * High School Diploma or GED equivalent * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and adapt to different situations * Valid driver's license & reliable transportation (a plus) * CNA, HHA, or BLS/CPR certification (a plus) Benefits: * Competitive hourly rate * Flexible scheduling * Opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of seniors * Supportive work environment Always Best Care is an equal opportunity employer.
