Job Duties and Responsibilities
The Talent Brand and Marketing team creates programs to attract and nurture the very best talent. We are highly strategic, extremely motivated, and exceptionally creative. We live and breathe our brand. We believe in the power of storytelling and data-driven insights to shape our marketing.
The brands of DISH have recently joined forces with EchoStar, giving us the rare opportunity to build a brand from the ground up. We’d love to talk to you about how you can help write this new chapter.
This role is a driving force behind how we attract, engage, and inspire top talent. You’ll collaborate closely with recruiters, employer brand, marketing, and business leaders to bring these programs to life and drive measurable hiring outcomes.
This position will report directly to the Employer Brand and Recruitment Marketing Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Engage recruitment teams, to understand their hiring priorities and build strong relationships among recruiters and hiring managers
+ Design, manage, and execute end-to-end talent attraction programs
+ Plan and support multi-channel recruitment marketing campaigns
+ Organize and support hiring events. (Involves crafting customized brand messaging, creating invitations to our talent network and new potential candidates, facilitating logistics, and organizing panels)
+ Monitor event attendance and application flow and suggest creative ways to increase interest
+ Analyze and report on program effectiveness
+ Prepare reports to keep leaders informed of your outcomes
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Qualifications:
+ 3+ years of experience on a marketing, brand, event, talent acquisition, employee experience, or communications team; recruitment marketing experience is a plus
+ Strong understanding of marketing principles and tools; prefer experience building marketing campaigns, from tactics to execution to reporting results
+ Experience planning and managing events, especially in the talent acquisition space
+ Exceptional storytelling, writing, and editing skills with a keen eye for visual and brand consistency
+ Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end, with cross-functional stakeholders and external partners
+ Comfortable using data to inform decisions and present insights to leadership
We collaborate together in our global headquarters in south Denver, Colorado.

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
