Job Duties and Responsibilities
The Mobile Retail Fleet, Program Manager is responsible for the strategy and operations of the mobile retail fleet—a key driver of customer acquisition and engagement. This role manages mobile asset operations, plans and executes high-impact events, and drives wireless sales through innovative customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
+ **Fleet & Asset Management:** Oversee maintenance, inventory, branding, and tracking of mobile units
+ **Event Execution:** Plan and manage mobile deployments for events and strategic locations, handling logistics, staffing, and marketing collaboration
+ **Sales Enablement:** Develop and execute sales strategies, promotions, and staff training to drive conversions
+ **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Align with Sales, Marketing, Retail Ops, and Network teams for seamless execution
+ **Performance Tracking:** Monitor KPIs related to unit performance, events, customer acquisition, and sales; deliver actionable insights
+ **Operational Improvement:** Optimize logistics and sales processes to enhance customer experience and ROI
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or related field
+ 5+ years in program/project management, ideally in retail ops, event planning, or telecom
Skills and Qualifications:
+ Strong organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
+ Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
+ Experience with budgeting, vendor management, and logistics
+ Proficiency in project management tools
Preferred Skills:
+ Experience with mobile retail units or field marketing in the wireless industry
+ Event planning background focused on sales or customer acquisition
+ Knowledge of wireless products, services, and market trends

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
