A little about the position:

Job Summary

Removing and installing molds, nozzles and related auxiliary equipment on structural foam machines.

Some of What You Will Do:

+ Will be required startup operations and shutdown plant

+ Ensure good quality of product

+ Ability to troubleshoot machine issues and repair

+ Maintain replacement part inventories for mold change components (i.e. Nozzle assemblies, hose, etc)

+ Inspect mold after production for wear and/or damage and advise supervisor of needed repairs

+ Rebuild or replace worn or broken mold change components as needed

+ Perform daily mold maintenance checks (i.e. Condition of nozzle assemblies, Mold Clamps, Hose Connectors, etc.)

+ Adjust machine settings for proper run after mold adjustments as required

+ Perform all work in a neat, clean and safe manner

+ Perform all other duties as directed by supervisor

What You Bring to the Table: (Qualifications)

+ High School diploma or GED

+ Must have excellent communication skills

+ Must have good interpersonal skills

+ Must have own set of hand tools.

+ Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge

+ Knowledge of crane operations and rigging

+ Fork truck certification is required

+ Ability to be on call and work overtime as needed

+ Some heavy lifting required

Employment Type: On-site

Status: Full-time

Salary Range: H40-H70, $24.56-$27.70

Schedule:6am-2:30pm, Monday-Friday

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across US geographic markets. Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
