    UC Health is hiring a full-time Manager of System Spiritual Care for the Spiritual Care department at West Chester Hospital.

     

    The Manager of Spiritual Care is responsible for program oversight and operations of Pastoral/Spiritual Care Services for UC Health. Directs and ensures the provision of pastoral/spiritual care to patients; additionally supports palliative care, stress de-escalation, emotional sustenance for patient and support systems, and healthcare staff. Develops and manages community relationships with faith-based resources and centers of worship. Participates and acts as a resource to the organization’s leadership structure. The System Manager of Spiritual Care reports to the System Director of Clinical Support Services.
