Fabricator/Assembler - 2nd Shift

_2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m._

Ultimate LLC is immediately hiring Fabricator/Assemblers for manufacturing projects in the Topeka, KS area. The pay range is $18-$21 per hour based on experience. All Fabricator/Assemblers are scheduled 40+ hours a week. We are seeking skilled craftsmen to join our team of dedicated, safe, productive, and proven professionals. Ultimate LLC provides weekly pay for all employees with no week in the hole and optional direct deposit.

Ultimate Job Duties

+ Fabricate and assemble components by cutting, shaping, and joining materials to precise specifications

+ Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate assembly

+ Inspect fabricated and assembled parts for quality, maintaining tight tolerances and error-free work

+ Operate and maintain fabrication tools and equipment, including saws, drills, and presses

+ Follow and enforce OSHA regulations

+ Focus on smaller, intricate components and bench work, no large structures

+ Looking for someone capable of leading the shift

Ultimate Fabricator/Assembler Requirements

+ 4+ years of fabrication and assembly experience in an industrial manufacturing environment

+ Appropriate PPE (hard hat, vest, steel-toe boots)

+ Must have basic hand tools to perform trade (wrenches, clamps, measuring tools, etc.)

+ Ability to perform regular standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting of up to 50 lbs without assistance
