    Responsibilities

    + Works closely with patients and provides them with basic, immediate care and comfort needs such as obtaining vitals (i.e. temperature, blood pressure, heart, and respiratory rate.

    + Cleaning and changing bedsheets, bathing, dressing, and toileting patients.

    + Building true emotional connections with patients.

    Qualifications

    Education:

    + Successful completion and documentation of one of the following:

    + Certified Nursing Assistant listed as either active or inactive on any state health care worker registry.

    + Graduation from an accredited nursing program and waiting for NCLEX reexamination.

    + EMT-B or MA

    + EMR

    + Must be enrolled in Trinity’s PCT on the job training program and successfully complete.

    + Successful completion of first semester of nursing school that includens Nursing Fundamentals.

    License(s)/Certification(s):

    + Current CPR
