    Through a variety of services offered by Cotton’s in-house divisions including Disaster Restoration, Construction, Roofing, Logistics, Culinary and Health & Safety; we provide turnkey and innovative solutions for the most complex projects and scenarios. Whether faced with a devastation, building maintenance issues, environmental mishaps, high-impact weather events, or other natural or man-made disasters, Cotton is your one source for total recovery.

     

    The Inside Sales Coordinator position is an important part of our Business Development Team. The individual must be able to provide support to our Emergency Response Team and Prospective Customers directly. The individual must possess a self-motivated attitude while looking to grow within a highly incentivized sales career.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Cold Call, Email & Text prospective clients who are experiencing a live business interruption event as identified by our Business Intelligence Center – with the intent to set up an introductory meeting for members of our Emergency Response Team

    + Research and identify prospective decision makers and contact information via web-based analysis

    + Understand Cotton’s services & competencies to assist in qualifying leads

    + Prospect new day-to-day clients to initiate introductory meetings for members of out Account Management Team

    + Manage, track and report on all prospecting activities using Cotton CRM

    + Participate in standing Business Development and Cotton company meetings

    + Support the business needs of a 24/7 service industry – to include working nights, weekends and travel when necessary

    Skills, Background and knolwedge:

    + 2-3 years Inside Sales experience

    + Proven sales experience with the development of new and existing client base

    + Highly motivated with a strong work ethic

    + Excellent written/verbal communication skills

    + CRM experience is a plus

    + Capacity to understand technology and how to leverage it

    + Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliverables

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Internet Savvy

    + Analytical skills to understand the business model and how to craft a sales pitch for different scenarios
