    Are you passionate about driving project success and ensuring operational excellence? As a Construction Operations Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in managing critical restoration and construction projects from the ground up—ensuring safety, efficiency, and client satisfaction every step of the way.

    Summary

    We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented **Drywall Finisher Specialist** to support field operations and help ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of safety and quality. The ideal candidate has strong drywall finishing experience, with a proven ability to coordinate crews, communicate with subcontractors, and collaborate with project managers to drive successful project execution and client satisfaction.

    What You’ll Do

    + Supervise day-to-day construction site activities and field personnel.

    + Coordinate and communicate with project managers, subcontractors, vendors, and inspectors.

    + Ensure all work is performed according to project plans, specifications, and local codes

    + Maintain a safe and organized job site, enforcing safety policies and OSHA standards.

    + Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and resolve on-site issues proactively.

    + Manage material deliveries, equipment, and manpower needs.

    + Document work progress with daily reports and communicate updates with leadership.

    + Lead and motivate crews to maintain productivity and a positive work environment.

    + Ensure proper completion of punch lists and assist in project closeout.

     

    What You Bring to the Table

    Background Requirements:

    + Steady work history

    + Driver's License

    + Clean background screening

    + Clean drug screening

    Experience:

    + 4+ years of experience in construction

    + Must have drywall finishing experience

    + Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes.

    + Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.

    + Effective leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

    + Strong communication and team coordination abilities.

    + Proficient with mobile technology and basic construction software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, or similar).

    + Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

    + OSHA 30 certification preferred

    Knowledge and Skills:

    + Ability to lift 50 lbs.

    + Ability to stand for long periods of time (4+ hours at a time)

    + Ability to bend, squat, reach over shoulder and head consistently

    + Ability to consistently make repetitive motion (such as cleaning rotation motion)

    + Ability to work in hot environment

    + Ability to work in a smoky smelling environment

    + Ability to wear appropriate personal protective equipment specific for job site such as full-face respirator

    + Ability to read, write and communicate in English effectively

    + Ability to work flexible hours to include weekends, evenings, and holidays

    + Ability to operate a vehicle and pull a trailer to project sites

    + Critical thinking and problem solving skills

    + Ability to basic computer functions for reporting
