    The Holdrege, NE plant runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, producing 2.3 billion medical devices annually. We employ approximately 450 people across all operations.

     

    The shift for this role is: A Shift role, 12 hour day shift, rotating days

    Job Responsibilities:

    + Operate equipment and perform tasks such as product inspection, raw material and finished goods movement, cleaning, and sanitizing.

    + Monitor machine functions to detect and address any issues.

    + Ensure compliance with embecta quality systems, policies, and safety regulations.

    + Maintain equipment according to the preventative maintenance schedule.

    + Conduct inspections and perform process tests.

    + Complete all required paperwork accurately and promptly.

    Basic Qualifications:

    + High School Diploma or GED.

    + At least 1 year of experience troubleshooting and diagnosing manufacturing equipment.

    + Ability to obtain and maintain certification on assigned equipment.

    + Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.

    + Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

    + You are self-motivated with good planning, prioritization, and organizational skills.

    + Display strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team-based environment.
