    The Holdrege, NE plant runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, producing 2.3 billion medical devices annually. We employ approximately 450 people across all operations.

     

    The shift for this role is: D Shift, night shifts, rotating days

     

    Packagers play a crucial role in ensuring our products are carefully and efficiently packed for shipment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Operate packaging machinery and equipment.

    + Responsible for quality of product including but not limited to:

    + discarding obviously defective packages, removing and saving contents

    + checking packaging for correct count

    + checking for damage to syringes

    + checking for correct lot control numbers

    + inserting brochures as required

    + palletizing finished product and attaching proper pallet card

    + operating semi-auto tape machine

    Basic Qualifications:

    + High school diploma or equivalent.

    + Must be able to read, write, and speak English.

    + Basic computer keyboard & navigational skills including Microsoft Office

    + Good hand-eye coordination and ability to work using repetitive hand, wrist and arm movements.
