    Summary:

    Meta is seeking an Internal Community Relations Partner within our People organization. In this role the Internal Community Relations Partner will be a key member of our Internal Community Relations team and will support meaningful and respectful connections between our employees. In addition, they will provide hands-on and strategic support to our employees through workplace communication and conflict issues to cultivate respect and collaboration within a dynamic and exceptionally fast-paced environment. This role will allow the Internal Community Relations Partner to showcase their exceptional communications skills, experience managing projects, make strategic decisions with outstanding judgment, and recognize and surface different types of risk.

    Required Skills:

    Internal Community Relations Partner Responsibilities:

    1. Enable productive and collaborative connections within our internal Meta Community within policy guardrails

    2. Respond to community concerns strategically, with empathy and urgency

    3. Educate employees on the rules of engagement to effectively enable community building

    4. Provide direction, guidance, thought partnership, and coaching to all levels of the organization to both educate and prevent escalations

    5. Collaborate with cross-functional partners within key teams, including HR, Legal, Employee Relations, Security, and Communications to implement global solutions to mitigate risk

    6. Independently maintain data related to the team's work to proactively assess, manage, and inform improvements to our internal processes

    7. Participate and lead projects as an integral member of the extended HR community

    8. Draft influential communications to drive impactful outcomes

    9. 24/7 crisis prevention including prevention, de-escalation, and response

    10. Policy drafting, management, interpretation, and enforcement

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Minimum Qualifications:

    11. 8+ years experience in an Employee Relations, HR, Communications, Community Management, or equivalent work experience

    12. Experience developing and enforcing HR policies

    13. Experience assessing and managing personnel and communications risks

    14. Communication and critical thinking skills

    15. Experience with crisis mitigation and management

    16. Experience with project and change management

    17. Experience with consulting, coaching, and facilitation

    18. Experience with policy drafting, management, interpretation, and enforcement

    19. Experience with Cross-functional team collaboration

    Preferred Qualifications:

    20. BA/BS degree in Business Administration or Human Resources or equivalent work experience

    21. Experience using data to identify insights that drive action

    22. Knowledge in project planning methodologies

    23. Experience supporting global organizations at scale

    24. Experience with 24/7 crisis management, including prevention, de-escalation, and response

    Public Compensation:

    $143,000/year to $205,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
