Responsibilities Do you have an innate curiosity for finding out the “whys” to questions and looking for correlations between different data and attributes? If you do and have the technical acumen for helping people work through business problems with data, come join the People Analytics team at Post Holdings. As People Analytics Analyst, you will partner with the People Analytics team to support the evolution of the analytics function for HR department at Post Holdings, Inc. and its operating companies. In this role, you will design and implement strategies, processes, and technologies that help our people advance professionally, drive productivity, and help the organization grow. You will serve as a catalyst to achieve first-in-class innovative, enterprise-wide analytics to improve the lives of our greatest asset, our people. KEY RESPONSIBLITIES Committed to providing first-in-class service to our businesses Partner with People Analytics Manager, VP Talent Management and other business unit leaders to spearhead and support projects related to people analysis Proactive in moving forward projects and initiatives, communicating insights to key stakeholders along the way Able to achieve deadlines while managing multiple and changing projects Driven towards accountability and motivated towards innovation Drive business decisions by providing analysis of performance trends, survey results, etc Able to manage confidential information with the highest degree of discretion Draw insights and recommendations from datasets using analytics problem-solving to support business strategy Use storytelling to translate analytics for audiences and convert data findings into practical recommendations Analyze and provide insights to the business through BI and analytics tools Work with business owners to define and establish data quality rules, definitions, and strategy consistent with department and organizational strategies and goals Collaborate with HR professionals and IT to ensure data quality and availability, supporting any ongoing projects and initiatives Ensure compliance and governance of people analytics data and its use Identify efficiency improvements and implementing updates where necessary Design, maintain and continually improve reports and dashboards populated with people data to identify trends and provide comparisons over time Leverage programming languages and advanced analytical tools to curate HR data from various sources into consumable analytics reports Qualifications REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Education and Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science or related field required Graduate Degree in Analytics, Data Science, or an Analytics-oriented MBA preferred 3+ years of experience in Business or People Analytics Experience and proficiency with business intelligence tools including Tableau, Power BI Familiarity with getting data from database environments such as Snowflake Experience with data integration processes and reporting tools such as Cognos Understanding and experience with SQL, Python, preferred Knowledge, Skills and Expertise Sharp analytical abilities Proven design skills Meticulous attention to detail Excellent communication skills with the ability to present analytical results to non-technical audiences Strong problem solving, data analysis, and teamwork skills Strong analytical skills with experience in statistical analysis, data modeling, and predictive analytics Advanced to expert level of proficiency in Excel Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., UKG, Workday), preferred This is a hybrid role based in St. Louis, Missouri. In office days are Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Work from home days are Mondays and Fridays. #LI-hybrid
