    Job Description:

    We are seeking an entry-level Contracts Administrator. In this position, you will be responsible for proposing, negotiating, and administering a variety of contracts and performing general business systems administration.

    Specific Responsibilities:

    + Contract data input/entry into ERP system

    + Completing contract closeout

    + Supporting and maintaining contractual records, proposal logs and reporting

    + Maintaining effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders

    + Negotiate and administer non-disclosure agreements

    + Draft contractual letters and general business correspondence

    + Maintain official contractual documentation

    + Provide contractual guidance and support to functional areas (i.e. Legal, Business Development, Program Management, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain etc.)

    + Support contract process improvement efforts

    + Completing special projects, as required

    Experience/Qualifications:

    + 0-2 years of relevant experience

    + Proficiency in MS Office Suite

    + Proficiency in SharePoint

    + Ability to work independently

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    + Strong presentation skills

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Working knowledge of FAR/DFAR clauses

    + BS or BA in an applicable field (business, legal, etc.)
