    Description

    **Job Purpose:** The Operations Analyst position leads the implementation of technology solutions at iLIFE. This position reviews business processes, analyzes risk and improvement opportunities, and continuously monitors business performance to ensure successful outcomes of all technical projects. The Operations Analyst ensures all business processes and procedures are optimized to improve outcomes within all iLIFE programs and ensures iLIFE is providing exceptional service to program participants, workers, vendors, and consultants. This position works with the Business Analyst, IT Leadership, and other technical staff to communicate decisions on business requests, ensure accuracy of business requirements, facilitate business testing, and ensure success by developing a training plan, measuring outcomes, and reporting on results.

    • Responsible for the development, documentation, and implementation of business solutions including training (internal/external), facilitating testing, and measuring success.

    • Identifies business process challenges by collaborating with operational team leadership and staff.

    • Analyzes process data and metrics, makes recommendations on improvements and presents solutions to operations and/or quality management.

    • Facilitates business requirement documentation in partnership with the Business Analyst to develop and implement technology solutions to improve operational efficiency.

    • Creates consensus with the business and development team on updating project priorities and the timing of implementation efforts.

    • Identifies risks and issues in data management systems partnering with the Business Analyst and other key stakeholders to create and implement mitigation strategies.

    • Works with the Project Manager on the planning and implementation of iLIFE projects.

    • Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    **Required Education, Experience, Certifications, Licensure and Credentials:** (Where appropriate, education and/or experience may be substituted)

    **Minimum Required Education:** Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

    **Minimum Required Experience** : 3+ years in a quality-related role. Experience in project management and/or an analyst role preferred.

    **Travel Type:** None

    Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

    • Experience creating operational reporting to identify and analyze trends.

    • Experience working with multiple funding sources preferred.

    • Ability to effectively utilize systems to capture metrics related to productivity and outcomes.

    • Ability to delegate and coordinate work to meet deadlines.

    • Ability to prioritize duties and function effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

    • Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook and Word.

    Physical Requirements, Visual Acuity, and Work Conditions:

    **Physical Requirements:** Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Picking, pinching, typing or otherwise working, primarily with fingers rather than with whole hand or arm as in handling.

     

    Talking, expressing, or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word. Hearing, perceiving the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction

     

    **Visual Acuity:** The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal.

    **Working Conditions:** None: The worker is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
