What You'll Be Doing

+ Oversee daily operations of the Aggregate Athens Quarry to ensure safety, quality, and productivity

+ Lead and develop a high-performing team focused on operational excellence

+ Manage plant performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives

+ Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations

+ Collaborate with internal teams to align production with business goals

What Are We Looking For

+ Strong leadership and team-building skills in an industrial or manufacturing setting

+ Proven ability to manage operations with a focus on safety, efficiency, and quality

+ Effective communicator with the ability to engage and motivate diverse teams

+ Skilled in analyzing operational data and implementing process improvements

+ Competency in planning, budgeting, and resource management

+ Competitive base salary $107,270-$143,023 and participation in our annual incentive plan
