Job Summary:

We are actively seeking a dedicated physician to play a crucial role in the establishment of a new cardiovascular surgery group in Brooksville, Florida. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of a cutting-edge medical practice committed to delivering exceptional cardiovascular care.

Responsibilities:

+ Lead and contribute to the development of the cardiovascular surgery group

+ Perform pivotal cardiovascular surgeries as a key member of the emerging medical team.

+ Collaborate seamlessly with interdisciplinary teams to shape comprehensive patient care strategies.

+ Adhere rigorously to established surgical and medical protocols.

+ Participate in on-call rotations with a schedule of 1:3. Will split call with sister facility of HCA Florida Bayonet Point

+ Stay abreast of the latest advancements in cardiovascular medicine.

Qualifications and Requirements:

+ Board eligibility or certification in Cardiovascular Surgery.

+ Possess a valid medical license in the state of Florida.

+ Demonstrate proven expertise in cardiovascular surgical procedures.

+ Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.

+ Work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

+ Uphold a commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care.
