Job Summary:

We are seeking emergency medicine physicians to join our growing team in Fredericksburg, Virginia.

Qualified Candidates:

+ Board certified or board eligible in emergency medicine

About our Fredericksburg Emergency Department:

+ Fully integrated department of Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center, our 133 bed hospital in Fredericksburg, VA

+ 8,500 anticipated ER visits/ approximately 23 visits per day

+ 24 hours of physician coverage - 7 am - 7 pm

+ 10,000 square feet

+ Fully equipped trauma bay

+ Separate adult and pediatric waiting area

+ 11 private treatment rooms

+ State of the art imaging, including CT, ultrasound and radiology

+ Ambulance bay for EMS access

+ Patients needing to be admitted to an inpatient bed will be transported to the main campus with seamless care handoff to our excellent intensivists, hospitalists, and specialists
