    Our client is seeking a Sr. Power Platform Developer to join their team. As a Sr. Power Platform Developer, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting various business initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a passion for problem-solving, and the ability to collaborate effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Sr. Power Platform Developer

    **Location:** Kansas City, MO, USA

    **Pay Range:** 55-65/Hr. W2

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Design, build, configure, test, deploy, and maintain solutions built within the Microsoft Power Platform.

    + Develop reusable components, scripts, and frameworks designed to replicate manual administrative processes.

    + Partner with Business Analysts to identify opportunities by analyzing and understanding business problems, processes, and data.

    + Document technical designs, release notes, and other project documentation to support development and maintenance.

    + Iteratively collaborate with colleagues, customers, and third parties during product development and QA to ensure solutions fit design and solve business problems.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, MIS, Engineering, or related fields.

    + At least four years of related experience in software engineering or development.

    + Hands-on experience with the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, Dataverse, PowerBI, etc.) or other low-code/no-code platforms.

    + Programming experience in languages such as R, Python, Java, .Net, C#, or Visual Basic, preferably on automation and/or integration projects.

    + Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills with the ability to extract key themes and determine root causes.
