We are seeking a **Special Inspector / LA County Deputy Inspector** with CWI & ICC multi carded certs to join our Riverside, CA team! Come join us!

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

+ Safety, having the proper PPE

+ On time daily reporting.

+ Make sure you have the right tools for the project.

Minimum requirements:

+ High School Diploma, GED or associate's degree required.

+ Minimum 5 years of professional experience

+ At least 5 years of Field and Construction Experience

+ Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

+ Strong personal safety awareness.

+ A valid driver's license is required.

Technical requirements:

+ LA County Deputy Inspector

+ ICC's Multi Carded, ACI

+ Certifications with ICC, AWS, ACI, IFC. City of LA a plus.

+ Daily Reporting done on iPad provided by company

+ Experience in preparing reports, ability to read/interpret drawings, technical knowledge, and strong oral and written communication skills.

+ Able to read Field Plans.

+ Experience with IOS, MetaField, Vantagepoint (Deltek)

+ Knowlege of Construction Materials, Concrete, Aggregates, HMA, Soils

Other miscellaneous qualities:

+ Ability to travel, at least 50% of the time within LA, OC, IE, Ventura Counties.

+ Strong ability with problem solving on the job.

+ Flexibility to work outside normal business hours as required

Compensation:

$30 - $45 hourly

The expected salary range for the position is displayed in accordance with the state’s law. Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
