    DESCRIPTION

    In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

    **Ensure Test Readiness** : By preparing test articles, fixtures, and rigs accurately, you lay the foundation for reliable and efficient testing operations.

    **Understand Equipment Functionality** : Your knowledge of test equipment allows you to identify issues quickly and ensure that the tools used contribute meaningfully to test outcomes.

    **Interpret Product Behavior** : Understanding how the product under test functions enables you to assess whether test results are valid and meaningful.

    **Maintain and Troubleshoot Equipment** : Performing installations, setups, and maintenance keeps the lab running smoothly and minimizes downtime.

    **Adapting to Varied Tasks** : Taking on additional duties as needed shows flexibility and a commitment to team success and continuous improvement.

    **Contribute to Test Integrity** : Your attention to detail and technical knowledge help ensure that every test is conducted with precision, contributing to product development and validation.

    Education, Licenses, Certifications: 

     

    High school diploma, certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience in an appropriate STEM field is required.

     

    Regionally applicable certification or two-year associate’s degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant field of study may be required.

     

    This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

    Experience: 

    Prefer some work experience and intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Additional Information:

    This position is for Second Shift (2pm to 10pm CST) Full time, 100% on site

     

    Ability to troubleshoot complex problems

     

    Basic knowledge of Diesel Engines and Aftertreatment Components preferred

     

    Basic knowledge of computers and computer programs preferred

     

    Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite programs

    Ability to multitask many projects or assignments at the same time
