    We are looking for a Scrum Master to join our team for a long-term contract in Atlanta, GA (hybrid).

     

    Contract Duration: 12 Months on W2 with the potential to extend or convert

    Required Skills & Experience

    + Proven experience as a Scrum Master and/or Business Analyst in an IT environment.

    + Proficient in using Agility or similar agile project management tools.

    + Solid understanding of Agile principles and frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.

    + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technical deliverables

    + Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders

    + Familiarity with airline operations or travel industry IT systems is a plus.

    + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field

    + Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is highly desirable.

     

    What You Will Be Doing

    Responsibilities:

    + ???Leading and facilitating Scrum events like Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Story Grooming, Demos, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective

    + Ensuring these events are effective and focused on achieving team goals.

    + Identifying and removing obstacles that hinder the team's progress.

    + Acting as a liaison between the Scrum team and external stakeholders to address issues, including initiative Kickoffs, feedback loops and progress discussions.

    + Coaching the Scrum team and the wider organization on Scrum theory and practice.

    + Helping the team understand and adopt Agile principles and best practices.

    + Empowering the team to self-organize and make decisions about their work.

    + Fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

    + Identifying areas for improvement in the team's workflow and processes.

    + Experimenting with new approaches and practices to enhance team performance.

    + Acting as a bridge between the Scrum team and other stakeholders, including product owners and management.

    + Communicating the team's progress and challenges effectively.
