Responsibilities

+ This Title / Billing Clerk Assistant position will cover title work at both the  Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Kia dealership as well as serve as back up at our Chevrolet dealership.

+ Complete the auto sales billing process by processing sales contract, bills of sale, DMV registration and Verify entry for retail & wholesales sales

+ Assist Finance with printing of contracts

+ Post accounting entries related to all DMV and wholesale transactions

+ Ensure that tax and title documents are promptly and properly completed

+ Maintain accurate record-keeping of vehicle inventory, including new car information, wholesale purchase and sale information

+ May assist with accounts payable/receivable

+ Provide excellent customer service

+ Other duties as assigned

Requirements

+ Previous auto dealership title clerk experience is preferred but we will train the right person

+ Must be willing to work rotating Saturdays and evenings,  and last day of the month until all customers are billed

+ Accounts Payable/Receivable experience a strong plus

+ Critical attention to detail and organizational skill is required

+ Must be a highly dependable, team player with a good work ethic

+ Must have excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills, and ability to follow established processes.

+ Proficient use of MS Excel, Word, computer systems

+ Maintain a high level of confidentiality
