    Position Summary

    The Association of National Advertisers (ANA), the premier trade association representing client-side marketers, is seeking a Full Stack Web Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in full-stack development, with expertise in PHP 7 and 8, MySQL, and front-end technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing full-stack web applications.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    + Design, develop, and test full-stack web applications.

    + Maintain and improve existing web applications

    + Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code

    + Troubleshoot and debug issues in a timely and effective manner

    + Collaborate with senior developers to understand our core business domains, technical stack, and best practices.

    + Contribute to the development and maintenance of technical and support documentation

    + Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies

    Professional Experience and Qualifications

    + Relevant associate's or bachelor's degree from an accredited institution along with 2-5 years of experience designing, developing, and maintaining modern websites.

    + Proficiency with PHP 7, PHP 8, OOP, and PHP MVC frameworks like Symfony.

    + Experience with MySQL, MongoDB, or other NoSQL databases.

    + Strong front-end development skills in HTML5, CSS, SCSS, JavaScript, and CSS.

    + Deep understanding of Bootstrap and responsive design.

    + Exposure to Linux/Apache environments and basic knowledge of Unix/Linux command-line tools.

    + Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

    + Understanding of APIs and web service integration.

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a group.

    + Process-oriented, attentive to detail, and organized.

    + Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with team members and team leads.

    + Natural problem solver and troubleshooter.

    + Self-motivated and creative thinker.

     

    Salary and Total Rewards Package

     

    Starting pay range: $80,000 to $90,000, based on relevant experience and qualifications.
