    Description

    Our client is seeking a Platform Specialist to join our dynamic operations team in Williamsville, NY. This role is ideal for candidates with data entry or data analysis experience who thrive in fast-paced environments and take pride in delivering accuracy and efficiency.

     

    This will be a hybrid position after training.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Accurately process and manage customer transactions including data entry, quote generation, and order placement

    + Handle complex platform-related inquiries with speed and precision

    + Maintain data integrity and ensure timely updates and corrections to transactional records

    + Support platform adoption through issue resolution and technical support

    + Collaborate with Account Managers and internal teams to convert opportunities into actionable results

    + Identify process improvement opportunities and generate quality metrics reports

    Knowledge & Skills:

    + Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and general computing skills

    + Strong written and verbal communication skills

    + Ability to analyze data, prioritize tasks, and work with urgency in a results-driven environment

    + Demonstrated team player with strong organizational and customer service skills

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + Associate degree or equivalent experience

    + OR High School Diploma/GED with 1-2+ years of relevant experience

    + Previous experience in data entry, customer service, or order management highly preferred

    + Familiarity with platforms such as Xvantage is a plus
