We are working with a highly stable, well-regarded law firm with a long-standing reputation in maritime and federal workers’ compensation (Longshore & DBA claims). The firm is actively seeking a Workers’ Compensation Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join their collaborative legal team.

Requirements

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

+ 3+ years of experience in workers' compensation litigation (state or federal)

+ Exposure to or interest in maritime, Longshore & Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act, or Defense Base Act claims preferred

+ Strong writing and litigation skills

+ Ability to manage cases independently and meet deadlines

+ California Bar membership in good standing
