Description We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager/Content Creator to join our team in Miami, Florida. This long-term contract position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the digital presence of our brand across key platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate will be deeply attuned to social media trends and cultural shifts, leveraging their expertise to build engaging content and drive community growth.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage comprehensive content calendars tailored to each platform, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives and brand voice.
• Collaborate with the Social Media Director to create detailed social media briefs, incorporating stakeholder feedback and ensuring timely delivery of assets and captions.
• Plan and execute in-house content production efforts, particularly focusing on TikTok and Instagram Reels, while maintaining a high standard of quality.
• Conceptualize and produce creative social media content, including videos and graphic assets, in partnership with designers.
• Organize and oversee content shoots, including sourcing props, samples, and coordinating with talent or influencers to produce engaging materials.
• Prioritize and manage content requests, balancing leadership directives and business goals to ensure visibility and alignment across teams.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, using insights to refine strategies and improve future campaigns.
• Strategize and implement a culture calendar, identifying key trends and cultural moments to enhance relevance and engagement.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by ensuring all social communication aligns with brand standards and fosters a positive community experience. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in social media management with demonstrated success in community growth and engagement.
• Strong understanding of social media’s role within broader marketing strategies, along with expertise in Gen Z and millennial audiences.
• Ability to identify and capitalize on emerging platform trends and cultural movements.
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
• Exceptional writing, communication, and content creation abilities.
• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, and social media management platforms.
• Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment and attend in-office sessions as needed. Innovation starts with people.®
