We are looking for a dedicated Regulatory Compliance Associate to join our client's team in the Roselle, New Jersey area. Responsibilities:

• Ensure regulatory compliance across all manufacturing processes, including adherence to food safety standards.

• Manage certification processes, such as GS1-128 barcodes, to meet industry requirements.

• Conduct audits and implement corrective actions to maintain compliance and operational excellence.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of compliance measures across facilities.

• Travel to designated manufacturing locations 1-2 times a month to oversee compliance and provide support.

• Assist in the implementation and adaptation of compliance systems across multiple facilities.

• Monitor and update documentation related to food safety certifications.

• Address regulatory challenges promptly and effectively to minimize risks.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives in regulatory practices.

• Provide training to staff on compliance protocols and food safety regulations.

Requirements • Associate's degree in Food Science or a related field is required.

• Certification in food safety standards is mandatory.

• Prior experience in food manufacturing or a similar industry is essential.

• Strong knowledge of GS1-128 barcoding standards and regulatory compliance.

• Ability to adapt to evolving systems and processes in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple priorities.

• Willingness to travel to other company locations 1-2 times per month.

• Proactive, results-driven mindset with a focus on maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
