    Description

    We are seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Business Decision Support Specialist to join our team. This role provides a unique opportunity to assist in decision-making processes and planning across multiple business facets, supporting executives and various cross-departmental projects. The ideal candidate will be passionate about problem-solving, multitasking, and driving efficiency. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the CEO, CHRO, CTO, and CFO to support a wide range of initiatives inside and outside the office.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Strategic Decision Support: Perform data analysis, business modeling, and reporting to provide actionable insights for decisions across various departments.

    + Project Collaboration: Support many facets of the organization including software development, real estate, direct sales and marketing, and construction.

    + Logistics & Planning: Assist with planning, researching, and booking logistics for projects and organizational needs.

    + Executive Support: Collaborate directly with the CEO, CHRO, CTO, and CFO to provide support for their initiatives and projects.

    + Operational Efficiency: Contribute to streamlining workflows and improving processes across departments.

    + Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment on key goals and strategies.

    + Reports & Presentation: Prepare and present insightful reports, dashboards, and recommendations to leadership.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.

    + Proven experience in decision support, project management, or related analytical roles.

    + Strong proficiency in data visualization and tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel, etc.

    + Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    + Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and creative thinking.

    + Previous experience collaborating across various business areas such as technology, marketing, real estate, and construction is highly desirable.

    + Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective interfacing with stakeholders at all levels.
