    Description

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Domo Report Writer to join our data and analytics team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience with Domo, a strong background in Excel, and the ability to extract and integrate data from various systems, including ERP platforms. This role also requires a strong focus on knowledge transfer and documentation, ensuring that internal teams are empowered to use and maintain Domo reports effectively.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Domo.

    + Develop and optimize Domo Magic ETL pipelines, Beast Mode calculations, and dataflows.

    + Connect and integrate data from multiple sources, including ERP systems, databases, APIs, and flat files.

    + Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable insights.

    + Perform data validation, cleansing, and transformation to ensure accuracy and consistency.

    + Provide training, documentation, and knowledge transfer to internal teams to support self-service BI.

    + Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data quality, performance, and report functionality.

    + Work closely with IT and data engineering teams to ensure data governance and security best practices.

    Requirements

    + 5+ years of experience working with Domo, including dashboard creation, ETL, and data modeling.

    + Proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.

    + Strong experience pulling and integrating data from ERP systems.

    + Solid understanding of SQL and data manipulation techniques.

    + Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

    + Proven ability to document processes and deliver effective knowledge transfer sessions.
