    Your Role: As our F&I Manager, you will:

    + Provide stellar customer service while presenting finance and protection products

    + Partner with lenders to secure approvals

    + Ensure all deals are compliant and meticulously documented

    + Collaborate with the sales team to deliver a seamless and rewarding buying experience

    What You Bring:

    + 2–3 years of proven success as an Automotive F&I Manager

    + Experience with CDK and Darwin (preferred)

    + Strong process discipline and unwavering integrity

    + Results-driven mindset with a history of high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores

    + Exceptional multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment

    + Tech-savvy and adept at navigating dealership systems
