    About the Role:

    As an Express Lube Advisor, you will be the frontline contact for our service department, ensuring that every customer's experience is seamless, from greeting to completion of service. Your role will involve:

     

    + Greeting customers and conducting initial vehicle check-ins.

    + Clearly communicating service requirements and timelines to customers.

    + Advising customers on necessary and recommended services.

    + Coordinating with technicians to ensure timely completion of work.

    + Delivering exceptional customer service that reflects our values and culture.

    Ideal Candidate:
