    Great Place Constructionis a private construction firm that specializes in commercial construction. We are seeking a Project Foreman to join our team to facilitate, analyze and manage field labor forces as part of the on-site supervisory team.     DUTIES:

    + Provide direct supervision, guidance and instruction to the field team under you.

    + Lead production with a focus on quality and safety with a basic understanding of project information and company policies while actively participating in producing these results

    + Provide leadership, training and coaching to the team members under you in your area of expertise

    + Communicate with balance of site supervision team to meet daily project demands/schedule

    + Facilitate process by coordination/procurement of material, equipment and manpower

    + Be an active participant in elevating the project team and expanding your knowledge/responsibility.

    + Willingness to do whatever it takes to deliver a successful outcome.

    + Multiple specialties available including; concrete, carpentry, etc.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    + Excellent communication skills

    + Ability to lead and train those around you.

    + Ability to work with individuals of varying skill levels.

    + Ability to read and interpret project documents relevant to your to your specialty

    + Minimum 3 years of related experience with 1 of those years being in a leadership position

    + Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

    + Valid DL and good driving record
