    Position: Physical Therapist - Ortho/Oncology

     

    Schedule:** **Per diem; potential for part time status

     

    Compensation: $55/hour (for per diem status)

     

    Our Silver Spring NovaCare Rehabilitation center continues to grow and is seeking a physical therapist (PT) with a special interest in oncology to serve our orthopedic and oncology patients on per diem basis.Ideal candidates would have outpatient experience. Lymphedema experience is a plus.

Our ReVital team provides the necessary education and training for therapists invested in treating our diverse patient population.

    Responsibilities

    + Maintain open and respectful communication with all parties

    + Understand and adhere to state practice acts and laws governing PTs

    + Complete and maintain required trainings

    + Maintain compliance with government regulations

    + Evaluate, treat and direct treatment for patients

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    + Successful completion of those educational requirements as mandated for state licensure or eligibility for a license in Physical Therapy

    + Current State licensure or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice

    + CPR certified

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Cancer rehabilitation interest/experience

    + Licensed clinical outpatient orthopedic experience

    + Lymphedema experience/certification
