Sr. Agilist with Product Owner exp. – Hybrid.

About the role

As a Senior Agilist, you will make an impact by ensuring excellent analytic, problem solving and presentation skills with deep insights into new market trends and technologies. You will be a valued member of the Digital Engineering team and work collaboratively with other stakeholders and teams.

In this role, you will:

+ Agile scrum master proficient with Scrum ceremonies Enhancing UserExperience – By working on the frontend, they ensure seamless interactions, responsive designs, and a user-friendly interface.

+ Knowledge of Product Owner leading go-to-market product strategies, banking specially wealth management.

+ Skilled in using complex data and problems to drive creative product solutions.

+ **Streamlining Development Workflow** – Through continuous integration, deployment automation, and code reviews, they help maintain high-quality software with fewer errors.

**Work model:** Hybrid.

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 3 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in city, state. What you need to have to be considered:

+ Having knowledge on database line mongo and Oracle.

+ Excellent analytic, problem solving and presentation skills with deep insights into new market trends and technologies.

+ Proficient at converting requirement to technical specs.

+ Good at documenting user stories, acceptance criteria in Gherkin format.

These will help you stand out:

+ Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related, and 7+ years of relevant experience.

+ 7 + years of hands-on experience in product management in BFS.

+ 5+ Years of handling scrum team as Scaled Agile expert and lead.

+ 5+ Years of experience in Jira.

+ 5+ Years of experience in Confluence.

Salary and compensation:

The annual salary for this position will be between $68,442 to $114,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
