What are we looking for?

Basic Qualifications:

+ A minimum of one year of experience as a Hotel General Manager at a property generating $10M in annual revenue and with 200 rooms\.

+ A proven track record of driving top\-line revenue growth and capturing market share\.

+ Demonstrated success in fostering service\-centric cultures and leading high\-performing teams through mentorship and development\.

+ Ability to build and maintain successful ownership relationships\.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Local market experience\.

+ Hilton brand experience\.
