    Culver City Toyota is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join their team. This role records payments to customer accounts and maintains accounts receivable records.

    **The pay scale above is the compensation range that the Company reasonably expects to pay for this position. Within this range, individual pay is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, specific skills, relevant work experience, relevant education and/or training, and performance related bonuses and incentives.

    Responsibilities:

    + Prepare daily cash deposits and complete cash control sheet.

    + Enter finalized cash receipts and update accounts receivable ledger by customer.

    + Obtain and mail invoice copies for customers, as requested.

    + Process daily credit card deposits.

    + File check stubs and bank receipts.

    + Research and process customer claims of invoice payment, charge backs, returns, and bad checks.

    + Answer and respond to all A/R inquiries and follow-up with customers.

    + Post the daily service and parts deposits for designated franchises

    + Reconcile the A/R GL accounts

    + Send monthly statements as well as collecting and receipting all receivables on charge accounts

    Requirements:

    + 1-2years AP/AR experience, previous automotive experience a plus

    + High school diploma or GED; related training, education and college degree preferred

    + Valid in-state driver's license. Must be able to pass a drug/MVR/background screening per company standards

    + Strong written and verbal communication skills

    + Self-motivated, organized, and effective problem-solver

    + Advanced computer skills
