    As the Employee Relations Partner, you will be responsible for managing and facilitating positive employee relations within the organization. You will serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees, providing guidance, support, and resolution to workplace issues and conflict. The role is essential in promoting a fair, respectful, and productive work environment, enhancing employee morale, and ensuring compliance with employment law and company policies.

     

    This is an onsite role in our Compucom location in Paulsboro NJ

    Responsibilities:

    + Maintain processes developed to support business in employee relation matters and performance discipline identification.

    + Conduct thorough investigations into employee relation issues, ensuring confidentiality.

    + Provide guidance and counsel to managers and employees on employee relation issues, conflict resolution techniques, and performance management.

    + Interpret and apply company policies and procedures to resolve employee relation issues and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

    + Partner with managers to provide guidance and support on performance management processes, including coaching, feedback, and disciplinary actions.

    + Assist in documenting performance issues, conducting performance improvement plans, and monitoring progress to ensure alignment with organizational goals and expectations.

    + Plan and coordinate employee engagement programs and initiatives aimed at enhancing morale, motivation, and teamwork.

    + Support Delivery HR Business Partner as needed.

    + Other projects and assignments may result and be assigned to accommodate the changing needs of the department and the company

    Skills & Qualifications:

    + Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR, employee engagement, organizational development or related field.

    + Bachelor’s degree in Humans Resources, or related field.

    + Strong understanding of employment law, regulations, and best practices related to employee relations and employee engagement principles.

    + Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, resolve conflicts, and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.

    + Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    + Demonstrate ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

    + Solid proficiency in MS Office suite.

    **Wage Range** : The annual starting salary for this position is between $56,250 – $82,500 annually. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

    **Benefits:** The Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, AD&D insurance, disability plans, Employee Assistance Program, paid holidays (up to 12 days annually), paid time off (minimum of 10 days annually, which increases with seniority level), paid parental leave (minimum of 10 days annually), 401(k), FSA/HSA pre-tax benefits.
