BluePearl Pet Hospital is hiring for Field Client Engagement Specialists. Ideal candidates will live in our East Division, and have field veterinary marketing experience.

Pay: $65,000 - $85,000

The Field Client Engagement Specialist, in partnership with Operations, assists in the development and execution of local marketing and client experience strategies within an assigned portfolio of hospitals that align with BluePearl organizational goals, focusing on driving brand awareness, referral generation, and customer engagement initiatives.

As a Field Client Engagement Specialist, you will:

+ Ensures that all field marketing efforts are aligned with the company’s brand guidelines and messaging to maintain a consistent brand image across all channels and locations.

+ Supports local teams in planning and executing local and divisional events including but not limited to continuing education and demand generation

+ Travel up to 25% for the year

+ Manages logistics, secures venues, organizes materials, and coordinates with vendors for divisional events.

+ Tracks event budgets and provides monthly metrics on participation and performance in partnership with the Client Engagement team.

+ Coordinates with creative services team to supply ads, fliers, web banner ads, and other marketing materials as needed.

+ Supports in the opening of new hospitals, relocations, and acquisitions.

+ Supports hospital teams in managing social media accounts in partnership with Corporate Affairs as needed.

+ Ensures successful execution of marketing initiatives.

+ Support training and initiatives to increase client experience within hospital locations.

+ Hospitality champion and partners with operations to establish leveling of the Client Service team and identify training opportunities with the Client Service team.

+ Manages multiple projects.

+ Works independently and as part of a team.

+ Other job duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

+ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field required.

+ 4+ years relevant experience required.
