    Description

    As part of the Amazon Healthcare Finance Operations Services team, you will find yourself working with exceptionally talented people committed to driving financial improvement, scalability, and process excellence. To support the growth of Amazon Healthcare businesses, this candidate must possess a strong passion for accountability, setting high standards, raising the bar, and driving results through constant focus on improving existing and future state operations, systems, and processes.

     

    To be successful in this role, you will need to be a proven leader, diligent task manager, communicator, and problem solver. You will work on large, complex initiatives, deal with ambiguity and advocate on behalf of the customers. Great candidates have the ability to use data, analytics, and engineering to drive changes themselves by acting on the outcomes.

     

    Key job responsibilities

     

    - Support the development of healthcare data strategies and curation of redshift data cluster while working closely with business data teams

     

    - Contribute to the design, implementation and delivery of complex BI solutions

     

    -

    Basic Qualifications

    - 2+ years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc. experience

    - Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools

    - Experience with one or more industry analytics visualization tools (e.g. Excel, Tableau, QuickSight, MicroStrategy, PowerBI) and statistical methods (e.g. t-test, Chi-squared)

     

    - Experience with scripting language (e.g., Python, Java, or R)

    Preferred Qualifications

    - Master's degree, or Advanced technical degree

     

    - Knowledge of data modeling and data pipeline design

     

    - Experience with statistical analysis, co-relation analysis

     

    - Healthcare experience, with a strong preference for revenue cycle
