Title of Position:Director of Technology, Assessments, and Data

Qualifications:

+ Articulates a clear vision for the use of technology in education

+ Special knowledge and skills: Thorough knowledge of the application of technology to the instructional environment; thorough knowledge of available technologies; understanding of software applications appropriate for administrative and instructional usage with particular focus on data management and analysis (preferred)

+ Ability to perform as the Chief Information Officer for the District

+ Mastery of oral and written language skills

+ Strong organizational and communication skills with demonstrated ability to adhere to deadlines

+ Understanding of new initiatives in education

+ A commitment to work well with all members of the community to accomplish the goals of the District

+ A commitment to the success of ALL students

+ Willingness to serve on district level teams

+ Ability to provide leadership for the planning, implementation and evaluation of technology initiatives in the Lockport City School District

+ The ability and commitment to use technology as an instructional tool

+ Uncompromising commitment to continuous improvement

+ Flexibility, enthusiasm, creativity, and willingness to develop programs and collaborate with and support other staff

+ Loyalty and evidence of being a team player

+ Commitment to equity and inclusion of all members of the school community

Salary:$115,186
