Opening for a Financial Analyst/FP& A

Schedule: M-F; In-Office w 1 day Remote

Salary: $85,000-$90,000 (stretch to 95K)

Bonus: Annual, discretionary

Company Overview: Distributor of food products with stability and year to year growth; adding a newly created position reporting to the CFO; offers exposure to C-Suite and the ability to continuously cultivate skills and for advancement.

This role is ideal for a candidate ready to sharpen Sr. Analyst skills and assist leadership with strategic initiatives critical to goals!

Keys to this Role:

+ Bachelors of Finance or MBA

+ Financial Modeling and Cash Flow

+ Power BI

Sr Financial Analyst,/FP& A duties include:

+ Financial Reporting on business trends, variances, current market cost factors and performance

+ Financial Modeling updating 13 week cash flow and analysis

+ Communication with banks and on capital endeavors

+ Ad hoc reporting and managing a large volume of Data to expedite requests

+ Collecting and creating data on Power BI, Dashboards; Excel and Power Point presentations with Key Indicators to Shareholders

+ Ability to highlight business drivers and strategic initiatives critical to goals

+ Bilingual English and Spanish a plus but may not be required

Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field.

• 4-6 years of experience in a finance or FP& A role.

• Proficiency in Power BI and advanced Excel skills.

• Strong expertise in financial modeling and forecasting.

• Experience with inventory planning and reporting is highly desirable.

• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.

• Effective communication and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus, though not required.
