    As a Compensation Senior Associate, within the JPMorgan Compensation Team, you must have a critically important balance of business acumen, organizational agility, analytical capability, and critical thinking to propel initiatives that directly support your aligned business groups.

    Job Responsibilities

    + Support end to end annual compensation planning, reporting, and administration, involving global coordination across multiple clients and/or line(s) of business

    + Continually assessing market conditions and pay practices of compensation plans and programs

    + Participate on cross-functional project teams as appropriate to support alignment within the broader Compensation Department

    + Provide compensation consulting and thought leadership to business leaders and business unit functions in close partnership with HR Business Partners

    + Review and approval of offer packages to ensure the firm is following industry trends and compliance with guidelines

    + Leveraging partners and firm-wide resources to achieve desired outcomes efficiently and with consistency across lines of business, where appropriate

    Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

    + Bachelors' degree with 5 years of Human Resources, Data Analytics, or Finance experience

    + Exceptional/advanced Microsoft Office skills; particularly PowerPoint and Excel

    + Strong technical skills including the ability to create presentations and analyses to convey complex metrics to senior leaders

    + Self-starter with desire to explore concepts and create data focused solutions

    + Proven consulting skills; ability to manage business goals through Human Resource/Compensation strategies and address issues/devise solutions with creativity and innovation

    + Ability to work collaboratively and to cultivate and sustain strong partnerships with internal and external clients and colleagues

    + Well-developed analytical skills; strong planning and project management skills

    + Desire to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment; ability to work well under pressure and to manage multiple priorities

    + Business Objects experience

    + Data science and/or data storytelling skills
