    Job Description:

    + We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Manufacturing Sub-Assembler/Technician to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have experience or interest in working with electrical components and assemblies using a range of tools and equipment.

    Responsibilities:

    + **Tool Operation:** Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment (such as soldering irons, crimping tools, multimeters) to perform a wide range of electrical assembly tasks.

    + **Assembly:** Perform basic wiring, soldering, and component installation based on electrical diagrams, schematics, and blueprints.

    + **Safety Compliance:** Adhere strictly to safety guidelines and protocols while working with electrical components and tools.

    + **Quality Control:** Ensure assemblies meet defined quality standards through inspection and testing.

    + **Collaboration:** Work closely with team members, senior assemblers, and supervisors to meet daily production goals and deadlines.

    + **Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of work performed and report any issues or inconsistencies in the assembly process.

    Experience:

    + Basic understanding of electrical components and assembly methods.

    + Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.

    + Experience with or willingness to learn soldering, wiring, and component testing.

    + Comfortable using standard hand tools, power tools, and testing instruments (e.g., multimeter, oscilloscope).

    + Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.

    + Good manual dexterity and fine motor skills.

    + Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

    + Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.

    + Willingness to learn and take initiative on new tasks

    Skills:

    + Knowledge of industry-standard soldering and wiring practices.

    + Experience in a manufacturing or assembly-line environment.

    + Micro-assembly or batch production

    Education:

    + Technical Certificate, associate’s degree, or military technical training in a relevant discipline. BSEE, BSEET, or equivalent engineering degree preferred.
