What You'll Do
As a Salesforce Engineer, you’ll join our enterprise platform team who works on our Salesforce CRM ecosystem! We are looking for a technology professional with Salesforce administrator experience/interest and an engineering mindset who can help configure and build upon our core CRM platform and other integrated systems. You will need to be comfortable playing various roles within the team and committed to learning and growing to meet the ever-changing needs of our customers.
This is a security/identity team within Salesforce. The Security and Identity Management capability is a consultative and administrative service that ensures security and identity best practices are followed, monitors and alerts of threats, provides guidance and implementation patterns, and looks for scalability and enterprise usability by owning Salesforce security and Identity governance across Principal.
We are looking for someone with a security mindset who is ready to work alongside an established team providing security and identity guidance, creating scalable and repeatable solutions and reducing and mitigating risk in our Salesforce CRM org.
Your day will be filled with:
+ Collaborating, with purpose. Working closely within your team and our business to determine how to make our software even better.
+ Tackling problems on a case-by case basis, implementing to meet the immediate business needs of their area in siloed environments and teams without having an enterprise lens.
+ Helping reduce and mitigate risk, unite our efforts at an enterprise level, and ensure that we are doing with is right for the customer (internal and external) while looking for scalability and efficiency to maximize our Salesforce investment.
+ Experimenting with new tools and practices to deliver business value in an Agile organization.
+ Finding ways to utilize our data to improve decision making.
Who You Are
+ Associate or Bachelor’s degree with a preference in a computer science, technology, engineering or math related field or equivalent experience
+ Technical experience in modern technologies (Salesforce Admin preference)
+ Strategic thinking, problem-solving, analytical, decision-making, execution and communication skills
+ Willing to continuously learn and adapt to new thought patterns and technology solutions
Additional preferred skills/experience:
+ Cloud exposure
+ Familiarity with Agile/Lean methodology
+ Understanding of Object-Oriented design/coding principles
+ Certified Salesforce Administrator (or Advanced Administrator)

Salary Range Information
Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)
$67500 - $121200 / year
Time Off Program
Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.

Work Environments
This role offers in-office, hybrid (blending at least three office days in a typical workweek), and remote work arrangements (only if residing more than 30 miles from Des Moines, IA, or Charlotte, NC). You’ll work with your leader to figure out which option may align best based on several factors.
